About Me

I have worked in the field of education for 25+ years as a teacher, school administrator, transportation director, assistant superintendent, and RESA executive director. I have a beautiful wife Karrie and two sons.

My biggest accomplishments are not what I did for each organization but how my perspective changed based on the jobs I had and the relationships that were made. These perspectives helped me understand that as a leader, the importance of transparency, collaboration, and seeing others point of view. Speaking and consulting is my way of reminding educators the importance of these traits in a motivating, energizing, and supportive way.

For fun, I enjoy traveling out west with my family and cheering on my son and the rest of the Montana State Bobcat football team.
